Everyone was kind and always ready to help. We really appreciate everyone for the exceptional work they are doing to provide guests with the best possible service. - The apartment was exceptionally clean and organized. It was cleaned every day and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. - The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped to make meals in the apartment if needed. Everything listed in the booking was provided in the apartment (hairdryer, iron, cosmetics). - The location was great. It was a short car ride to most places in the city, but also quiet enough to rest peacefully. The view from the rooms and the balcony was amazing.

We appreciated the warm welcome and send offf I forgot my bag at the reception but I was able to find it with the security

Aneesha the girl who checked us in was amazing and everyone else was very, very amazing as well. the amenities of the hotel were great and for a surprisingly fair price. the shuttle bus to the mall was very convenient. the gym and the pool installations were good and I would strongly suggest the hotel

Bhaumik Soneji from Rayna Tours at the Concierge was very nice and helpful in arranging tickets and personalized tours for me and my family (traveled with my wife and two daughters ages 6 and 2) including yacht tour around the Marina, Desert Safari, Aquarium, Burj Khalifa, Miracle Gardens, Atlantis Aquaventure park etc. Sachin at the front desk was always willing to extend a helping hand with our bags, luggage and taxis / transfers. Bilal and Anastasia Sidorova facilitated a smooth check out, reviewed our experience and were very receptive to the suggestions I had.
