Loved absolutely everything about this place. It has a great location, not too far from the city center and easy to reach with tram number 7 or with the bus. The neighborhood is quiet and calm. The apartmant was spacious, clean & comfortable. There are plenty of snacks, some sweets and drinks available (you have to pay for it, but it's very convenient if you need something). There was everything we may need in case if we wanted to cook. Also Martin was a really good host and always available for our questions. Loved it!

The apartment is in an older apartment building and is very nicely furnished and modern. The apartment is perfectly suitable for up to 4 people. The location is excellent, a 5-minute walk to tram number 7, which takes you from the last stop directly into the city centre and from there you can change to all other numbers. Really excellent. The apartment is more than suitable for visiting and exploring Graz. It is also suitable for a longer stay.
