The appartment is super clean and comfortable, with beautiful balcony over the forest. The hosts were very helpful, answering all our questions.they gave us detailed and easy to understand instructions on opening/closing the door, garage etc. We very much enjoyed our stay, highly recommended!

Well equipped (including baby chair), windows facing to a closed court (separated from street noise), nice little terrace on ground floor all surrounded with plants. Owner was kind.

Studio University er staðsett í Geidorf-hverfinu í Graz, 800 metra frá Glockenspiel, 1 km frá Grazer Landhaus og minna en 1 km frá Graz Clock Tower. Bernhard's studio is at the perfect location in a lovely neighbourhood at walking distance from both the city center and the university. The studio is really spacious and confortable. Bernhard was excellent with communication and check-in was really smooth. :)

Happy Stay Rentals er gististaður með garð og reiðhjól til láns án endurgjalds. Has become my favourite place to stay in Graz! It is honestly such a beautiful apartment right in the city, very close walking distance to the main square and only a 10 minute walk to the nearest tram stop and 5 minutes to bus stop. The apartment facilities are top, everything you need is there! The kitchen is very well equipped and nothing is missing in this apartment stay! They even have bikes downstairs for you to use during your stay which is an added bonus and a washing machine too! I was very impressed with this accommodation. The staff are very easy to communicate with and I asked for a late checkout due to my train leaving at 1700 and Bettina said I could just stay and use the apartment until my train departure! This was so helpful and I am so very grateful. Would definitely stay again!
