Great contemporary art in the corridors and a cool cafe for breakfast and afternoon snacks. Very clean premises and upscale design furniture in the room as well as nice bathroom products. Great quality linen and towels. I received a room upgrade as a Genius member. I appreciated the extra amenities, all great. Staff are professional and helpful, especially the lady on the day I checked out.

The Palais-Hotel Erzherzog Johann is situated in the heart of the old town of Graz, in the immediate vicinity of the main square. Free Wi-Fi is provided. We liked almost everything about the property. The location was at the heart of city center, the rooms very really spacious and very clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff were super courteous.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Graz 1464, Old City Center Apartments, and I can confidently say it deserves a perfect 10 out of 10! The location couldn't be better! Nestled right in the heart of the Old City Center. It served as an ideal starting point for discovering Graz's rich heritage and culture, with all attractions conveniently reachable on foot. The apartment itself was beautifully appointed, blending modern comforts with traditional charm. It was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the owner's warm hospitality. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and had everything I needed.
