Hotel Feichtinger is located in the centre of Graz, only a 5-minute walk away from Graz Art Museum and the historic old town. WiFi access is available free of charge. On the evening of Sunday the 24th I was enjoying a drink at the bar when I witnessed a disgruntled guest complaining to staff. The behaviour of the guest was disgraceful- aggressive, hostile and unreasonable. At all times the staff responded with dignity, patience and respect. I was extremely impressed and wanted to commend your team for their performance. Well done all.

Hotel B&B Graz-Hbf enjoys a central location only a 3-minute walk from Graz Main Train Station and a 10-minute walk from the Old Town and the Kunsthaus. Had to book an apartment last minute, and they were super accommodating. Since the room was available they even let us check in at 11 with no extra charge

Zur Steirerstub´n in Graz is located at Lendplatz Square and has an award-winning restaurant. The restaurant serves traditional Styrian and Austrian cuisine. I loved everything. The staff, the location, the beds etc. I found some pumpkin seeds on my pillow which are such a cute touch. The room they gave me was HUGE! For one person I felt so spoiled and happy! I wish everyone could experience this nice, friendly and hospitable place, I would give 11 stars if I could!

The Mercure Graz City is located a few steps from the historic centre of Graz, only 400 m from the Schlossberg with the town's landmark, the clock tower. I made 2 booking last month, both for 1 night only: on June 21st and 25th - 1st via Booking.com and 2nd via All app. Via Booking.com I got the room with breakfast included and stayed in the 3rd floor, front view. Via All app, breakfast wasn't included and the room was in the 1st floor, back view. On both, price was the same. What surprised me was that, although I booked the room for one person (and my dog), the double bed had only ONE pillow. That never happened before on any hotel I booked only for me. The rest of the experience was the same. Points for Booking to provide a better cost/experience for the customer against the owned app from Accor (which I believe should be the opposite if they aim for fidelity).

This modern hotel next to the Main Train Station in Graz is within a 10-minute walk from the historic Old Town and the Kunsthaus. One of the greatest well designed rooms I’ve been with selected cosmetic products. Close to center and you can quickly get on a cycling track to Thal, a lovely location in Austria. Private and large parking slots.

Located directly opposite of Graz Main Train Station, Austria Trend Hotel Europa offers modern and air-conditioned rooms. Very clean, comfortable, spacious. The check in staff was particularly nice. The location for us was perfect because it was just a few steps from the train station and a grocery store. It was about a 15 minute walk to the old city and the river. It was very quiet.

Hotel Drei Raben is situated in the centre of Graz, an 8-minute walk from the Main Train Station and a 10-minute walk from the Kunsthaus and the Mur River. Free WiFi is available. Everything was great. The location is perfect, the room was tidy and comfy, and the girl from the reception was really nice and helpful.
