On the evening of Sunday the 24th I was enjoying a drink at the bar when I witnessed a disgruntled guest complaining to staff. The behaviour of the guest was disgraceful- aggressive, hostile and unreasonable. At all times the staff responded with dignity, patience and respect. I was extremely impressed and wanted to commend your team for their performance. Well done all.

The location was amazing, situated above an absolutely lovely restaurant with a terrace. The room was adorable and the bathroom set up was so cool. Lots of nice touches all around.

Zur Steirerstub'n i Graz ligger på Lendplatz-torget, og har en prisbelønnet restaurant. I loved everything. The staff, the location, the beds etc. I found some pumpkin seeds on my pillow which are such a cute touch. The room they gave me was HUGE! For one person I felt so spoiled and happy! I wish everyone could experience this nice, friendly and hospitable place, I would give 11 stars if I could!

Mercure Graz City ligger noen få skritt fra det historiske sentrum i Graz, bare 400 m fra Schlossberg med byens landemerke, klokketårnet. I made 2 booking last month, both for 1 night only: on June 21st and 25th - 1st via Booking.com and 2nd via All app. Via Booking.com I got the room with breakfast included and stayed in the 3rd floor, front view. Via All app, breakfast wasn't included and the room was in the 1st floor, back view. On both, price was the same. What surprised me was that, although I booked the room for one person (and my dog), the double bed had only ONE pillow. That never happened before on any hotel I booked only for me. The rest of the experience was the same. Points for Booking to provide a better cost/experience for the customer against the owned app from Accor (which I believe should be the opposite if they aim for fidelity).

This modern hotel next to the Main Train Station in Graz is within a 10-minute walk from the historic Old Town and the Kunsthaus. One of the greatest well designed rooms I’ve been with selected cosmetic products. Close to center and you can quickly get on a cycling track to Thal, a lovely location in Austria. Private and large parking slots.

Hotel Drei Raben is situated in the centre of Graz, an 8-minute walk from the Main Train Station and a 10-minute walk from the Kunsthaus and the Mur River. Free WiFi is available. Everything was great. The location is perfect, the room was tidy and comfy, and the girl from the reception was really nice and helpful.
