On the evening of Sunday the 24th I was enjoying a drink at the bar when I witnessed a disgruntled guest complaining to staff. The behaviour of the guest was disgraceful- aggressive, hostile and unreasonable. At all times the staff responded with dignity, patience and respect. I was extremely impressed and wanted to commend your team for their performance. Well done all.

Obiekt harry's home Graz-Smart City hotel & apartments, położony w miejscowości Graz, oferuje usługę błyskawicznego zameldowania i wymeldowania, zakwaterowanie w pokojach dla alergików, taras,... Beautiful hotel, staff was nice and welcoming. Breakfast was good and plenty. Location might seem a bit far from the center, but the tram stops right in front of the hotel and the trip is about 15 mins. Super convenient!

The location was amazing, situated above an absolutely lovely restaurant with a terrace. The room was adorable and the bathroom set up was so cool. Lots of nice touches all around.

Hotel B&B Graz-Hbf enjoys a central location only a 3-minute walk from Graz Main Train Station and a 10-minute walk from the Old Town and the Kunsthaus. Wygodny pokój, dobre śniadanie i miły personel. Parking znajduje się w centrum handlowym, które jest tuż obok hotelu w dobrej cenie.

Mercure Graz City znajduje się kilka kroków od zabytkowego centrum miasta Graz, zaledwie 400 metrów od wieży zegarowej Schlossberg, symbolu miasta. I made 2 booking last month, both for 1 night only: on June 21st and 25th - 1st via Booking.com and 2nd via All app. Via Booking.com I got the room with breakfast included and stayed in the 3rd floor, front view. Via All app, breakfast wasn't included and the room was in the 1st floor, back view. On both, price was the same. What surprised me was that, although I booked the room for one person (and my dog), the double bed had only ONE pillow. That never happened before on any hotel I booked only for me. The rest of the experience was the same. Points for Booking to provide a better cost/experience for the customer against the owned app from Accor (which I believe should be the opposite if they aim for fidelity).

Austria Trend Hotel Europa, usytuowany naprzeciwko głównego dworca kolejowego w Grazu, oferuje nowoczesne i klimatyzowane pokoje. Very clean, comfortable, spacious. The check in staff was particularly nice. The location for us was perfect because it was just a few steps from the train station and a grocery store. It was about a 15 minute walk to the old city and the river. It was very quiet.

Hotel Drei Raben is situated in the centre of Graz, an 8-minute walk from the Main Train Station and a 10-minute walk from the Kunsthaus and the Mur River. Free WiFi is available. Everything was great. The location is perfect, the room was tidy and comfy, and the girl from the reception was really nice and helpful.
