Prijatni hotel u porodičnom vlasništvu Stoiser smešten je u zelenilom bogatoj četvrti Marijatrost, na 15 minuta hoda od bazilike. Od centra Graca do hotela može se lako stići tramvajem. Tramvajem se za dvadesetak minuta stiže do centra. Dorucak je bio odličan.
