The family-run Hotel Der Marienhof is located in the green and quiet district of Waltendorf, only a short drive from the centre of Graz. Free private parking is available. It is a very nice, clean and comfortable small hotel. Breakfast is very good, diverse and very nicely arranged. Parking in front of hotel. It is very quiet. All together, more then we expected.

Amazing place, clean, cosy, perfectly prepared for the guests. Owners are nice and helpful. I got a list of attractions in Graz, a bottle of wine and water, coffee tea, and towels. Quiet and green neighbourhood. I really recommend for holiday to have some rlaxing time as well as a business trip

Beautiful apartment in an amazing location - I attended a course at the medical university which is approx. 5 minutes away on foot. The connection to the city centre is also really good, the nearest tram stop is 3 mins away from the apartment, and you can get to the city centre in 15 minutes with the tram directly. The host is very kind, also really helpful.

First we were a little surprised about the common bathroom and toilette, but that was my mistake, because I haven't noticed that in the description. But eventually it didn't cause any problem. Everything was really clean. We had a little mirror and a sink in the room either, so we didn't have to leave to room just to wash our hands or so. The location of the house is brilliant. It is near to a main road, but far away enough to be super quiet. There is a nice balcony with a little table and chairs and it has a beautiful view. It is so peaceful. Sometimes you can feel the scent of freshly mowed grass. The kitchen has everything in it, fridge, oven, microvawe, plates, cutleries, and the view is also amazing from its window. As there is a bus stop on the main road, it takes zero effort to get to the city. We took the bus no. 60, and the tram no. 3 (23 after 8pm). But we also walked down and back on the first day.
