Everything was there and the facilities were perfect. Even the back of the TV was cleaned and the room was very clean. There were even children's beds and toys prepared, and the children were very excited. The owner was also very kind and gave us many recommendations for places to visit in Linz. We had thought about walking around the city a bit in the evening, but it was so comfortable that we spent the time in the apartment. We would definitely like to use it again!

We enjoyed staying at this guesthouse - converted from an old farmhouse. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Our hosts were friendly and we enjoyed meeting them and learning about the farm property.

Location was out of city center, very quiet and away from traffic, so it was great for the dogs. There was an optional breakfast which was very nice. Hosts were super friendly and were happy to fulfill any needs.
