The kitchen had all the utensils. We did not see the owners, but they were friendly on the phone. The keys are left outside under a combination lock. A detailed diagram was sent. Very convenient. The very spacious property is in a nice and quiet location, the pool was a great size and the sauna was great too. The kids loved every minute of their stay. David was available on the phone each time I needed to call, which was only twice, and he was always helpful. Everything was there that we needed, even a ping pong table :-)
