The bed is firm & super comfy to sleep in. The one big & one small pillows are a present surprise to me. Love the quilt cover, feels so good to touch. The design of the room looks into every little details that give me a lot of present surprises. Mooons is located near to the train station make it so convenient to get around. And the front desk lady staff is very professional & quick in all my query on how to get to the places of interest. Would & been recommending Mooons to my friends & family since my day 1 stay. Btw, it would be exceptionally beyond yr services to mail my adapter to me which I have left plugged in at the bed side plug. Thanks.

The hotel is exactly what it promises. It is a small, comfortable hotel, close to a metro station and also close to the centre of Vienna. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the staff were super friendly. I would stay here again.
