In the St Kilda Road district of Melbourne, close to Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne, Quest St Kilda Road has a fitness centre and a washing machine. Before our second night, we noticed that we were to have noisy neighbours either side that evening (we were placed in between). Rather than asking them to be quiet (it was not offensive, they were just having fun) I asked if we could change rooms. Reception staff were friendly and respectful and the room change was seamless.
