28 Hotel is located 7 minutes from Central Train Station. This property offers free WiFi. When my 18 year old got stranded in Sydney, with their also 18 year old friend, due to a mix up with have inadequate ID at a YHA, this property were kind and understanding in providing a room for them to stay in after a concert. I called and spoke to reception before booking and experienced care and concern for the situation. They allowed my 18 year old, who has ID, to check in with their friend, who doesn’t have any. Both young people were received by friendly staff who checked them in without issue. Their stay was pleasant and uneventful. Thank you form this very relieved mum.

Our stay at the Urban Gem Sanctuary was perfect for our Sydney adventure! The kitchen was fully equipped, and the cozy beds made it easy to relax after long days of exploring. Having both a washer and dryer was also incredibly convenient for our stay. We appreciated the tea and coffee provided, and the balcony was a wonderful spot to unwind and plan our activities. The location, just a short walk from Central Station, made getting to and from the airport and around the city super easy. Communicating with the hosts was seamless—they responded quickly and helpfully. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic little apartment, really well fitted out for guests, modern and bright with lots of little extras incl coffee machine etc. Brilliant location, buses within meters of the apartment, coffee shop next door, bar downstairs. Coles and Broadway shopping Centre a block away and only a few blocks from Kensington Street/Spice Alley for delicious meals.

Had a slight issue with the booking.com website not showing the image provided to find the keys, but once contact was made with the property owners it was fairly simple and was even met at the apartments to make sure everything was good. Communication was great. Facilities were great too.
