I particularly enjoyed the hotel's location, which was conveniently situated in the heart of Baku, allowing me to easily explore the city's many attractions.

An excellent hotel with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Grocery stores and a public transport stop are within walking distance. The staff is polite and took all our requests into account. Cleanliness, tranquility, and the grandeur of the hotel – these are the things I loved the most. The beds are large and comfortable. I want to say thank you for the hospitality and for taking care of us every day, always ready to help. I also want to highlight the beautifully designed restaurant on the third floor, where breakfast is served. In one word: MAGNIFICENT!

The hotel is beautiful, quiet and situated in a perfect location. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and room service was daily. AC was quiet and worked perfectly. The restaurant is also amazing, they prepare delicious breakfast omelettes and other dishes are also available from 8am to 11pm and at affordable prices (you can also order the food to your room). Spent 2 weeks here and really loved it!

Fantastic hotel. Very friendly people, especially Elcin who did everything to help me, but everyone was very kindly. When I arrived I found a bottle of wine in my room, the room was big and very comfortable. In front of the hotel there is the hotel restaurant which is also very good.

The hotel stuff - Samir and Nigar from the reception, Juliya, Tair, Kamala and Suleyman from the dining room and all the SPA team was very pleasant and helpful. Always willing to assist and help.

I recently spent three nights at this hotel in Baku, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, with easy access to major attractions and public transportation, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with any questions and provided great recommendations for local spots to visit. The room was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was important for me during my trip. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, with something for everyone. I enjoyed starting my day with a great meal while overlooking the beautiful cityscape.

Moodsa klaasfassaadiga Qafqaz Baku City Hotel and Residences asub Bakuu südalinnas. Hotellis on suur spaa ja elegantsed tasuta kiire WiFi-ühendusega toad. The hotel was immaculately clean, all the staff were very friendly , the room was clean and comfortable and the choice of breakfast was amazing. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, this was our third visit to Baku in the last 9 months and this hotel outshone the other ( more expensive ) hotels. We will stay here on our next visit.
