Peter was such a delight from beginning to end to help me prepare a birthday surprise. His recommendations were very thoughtful and his execution of everything was a masterclass. We really appreciated that he was always so happy and welcomed us with a big smile. The Ruby room was spectacular, so cosy, and the breakfast was undoubtedly the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. I wish I could give more than 10 stars.

Situated in Antwerp, 400 metres from De Keyserlei, Citybox Antwerp features a spacious green back yard. The property is close to Astrid Square Antwerp, Meir and Antwerp Zoo. Staff was very friendly. I loved the cool room and the hotel is very close to the center.

Perfect location with an amazing view from the room. Superb breakfast line. The room is very comfortable while being slightly small which is understandable considering its location. Friendly service from everyone at the hotel. Despite being in the middle of the old town, it wasn’t so loud for us. They provided a pair of ear plugs as well.

Set in a monumental building in the heart of historic centre of Antwerp, Hilton Antwerp Old Town overlooks the Groenplaats Square. It’s a luxurious hotel, when I’ll come back to Antwerp I’ll stay in it again.
