The room was super clean, the design was cool and the size was great compared to other hotels I stayed in , the bed was comfortable, there was a coffee machine in the room which made me so happy .. the room cleaning service is 10/10 i loved how they cleaned everything and kept the room spotless.. The staff on the reception are amazing, friendly , helpful and professional They were so helpful whenever I ask for something .. (Giulia,Xavier,Martin, Chelsea ,& Joana .. u guys are the best 🫶🏼) The location is great for shopping , less than 10 mins walk to all the luxury brands , and so many specialty coffee and breakfast places nearby.. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely consider booking again whenever I’m back to Brussels
