A new looking hotel with a nice design and interesting materials. Self check-in kiosk is easy to understand and navigate. The location is close to Brussels old town and close to transport stops. The room and bed was confortable, all very clean. I would stay again there.

The receptionist Amar was very helpful and nice with us. Her dealing with customers is outstanding. I really like the hospitality and receival from her.

Set on Victor Horta Square directly in Gare du Midi, Pullman Brussels Centre Midi features rooms with two free bottles of water and a Chromecast technology IPTV. An air conditioning problem in the room I booked resulted in staff giving me an upgrade to a bigger room with more windows - just fantastic!!! Thank you so much for all the help with walking directions, too, not to mention late check out to accommodate my travel plans! Everyone was friendly and helpful!!!
