The shower and bathroom was very nice, and felt like staying in a hotel. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash was provided. Brigitte was so friendly! Check-in was easy, she provided travel books on Brussels, a map of the area, easy to connect to wifi, and a self-serve coffee/tea station. I didn’t have breakfast during my stay but I’m sure it would’ve been delightful too.
