Avenue Louise is 1.5 km away. - WiFi was great - parking in the same building - reasonably well equipped kitchen - one tram stop to city center is in front of apartment,another one in close by street 300 on foot.

The whole appartment is perfect. It's a big place that makes it feel "home away from home". We could park our car just in front of the appartment. Ofcourse parking fees are not cheap as you are in Brussels. About 400 m walk, you can get the train from Vorst Oost (Forest est) to Brussel centraal - takes about 10 minutes. We were there for a concert at Forest National, and that is about 200 m walk from the apartment. So if you are attending a concert at this place, I much recommend you book this appartment.

The room was so cozy and nice! Everything was clean. The heating was quick and easy to use. The bed was comfortable with a cushy comforter and an extra blanket. The shower and bathroom was very nice, and felt like staying in a hotel. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash was provided. Brigitte was so friendly! Check-in was easy, she provided travel books on Brussels, a map of the area, easy to connect to wifi, and a self-serve coffee/tea station. I didn’t have breakfast during my stay but I’m sure it would’ve been delightful too.

There is everything for a complete stay. Good furniture, modern appliances in the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has all the utensils so you can cook at home. Spacious veranda with furniture. Fast Wifi. Sounds from the street are practically inaudible. Lots of scented candles. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Possibility to adjust the temperature to suit yourself. We had all that we needed during our stay, the comfort, the facilities, the private parking and the location which was 5 minutes walking distance to tram and bus stop to city centre. On top of those we had a very good and helpful Landlady.
