It was very kind of Francis to bring us breakfast when he needed the plumber to work on the space during our visit. We greatly appreciated that gesture and it was a fantastic breakfast we found out he normally offers anyone ... i would take it. We also appreciated the fact that he was not bothered by the fact that we needed his assistance when we first arrived because of some technical issues we had along our journey. We would highly recommend this location.

Very nice spacious apartment in walking distance from the city center and located near train station so you can get anywhere you need. We experienced no disturbance from the construction site. The apartmant can be considered baby-friendly as it wasn't full of things/decorations. In overal we had very pleasant stay.

The place was surprisingly spacious with a huge open living room, very modern and well equipped. Communication with the host through booking DMs was quick and clear. We got a pretty good deal considering the prices in Ghent. You had to go through their own online platform in order to fully make the reservation, which was slightly annoying, but it felt well-organized and added some benefits like not needing to meet with the host in person.
