It was an incredible stay for us! The owner really went out of her way to help us out, and her son was also very kind and approachable, especially when he was helping to translate the "clothing drying rack" (varal) over the phone. His recommendations regarding the treks and difficulties were priceless! The location was fantastic, being so near to the centre and the two beaches, and yet so quiet and undisturbed by traffic or other noise. And the bus stop to all other locations is barely 50m away too. Cleanliness was great too, with rooms and toilets being well cleaned every other day. The beds were comfortable, with nice blankets; and the air conditioner worked very well to keep out the summer heat. Also, the private hammock is a wonderful place to relax once you've had enough sun for the day. It's stated that breakfast "isn't included", in the sense that it isn't the FULL Brazilian breakfast, but they still do provide a simple assortment of light cakes and pastries every morning! And besides, the kitchen is very well equipped and cleaned too. Parking is also available, if necessary. All in all, we'd DEFINITELY return here again! P.S. For anyone who may be thinking of taking a boat trip to Ilha do Campeche, the boat agency doesn't accept cards; CASH ONLY. But, there're no ATMs anywhere nearby! So please withdraw beforehand and come prepared.

It was located just minutes from the beach. Breakfast provided was beautiful. And we never felt on top of the hosts. Had plenty of space to do whatever we wanted. They were also so friendly and helpful.
