The staff anticipates all desires and resolves any issues instantly. You really feel like an important guest. The hotel's location is also ideal – just a stone's throw from all the attractions and transport. Over the years of traveling, I've stayed in many hotels, but this is definitely in my personal top 3. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates comfort and quality service!

El hotel Rheinfelderhof goza de una ubicación céntrica, a 200 metros del recinto ferial y a 3 minutos a pie del centro de Basilea. Frente al hotel hay una parada de tranvía. The hotel is centrally located, with the center just a short walk away, and tram lines right outside the door. The single room and its bed are both pretty generously sized, comfortable, and immaculate. The staff at both reception and the restaurant could not have been more accommodating. This will be home base when visiting Basel in the future.

The room was very large, modern, and well appointed! It was really hot the day we visited and the air conditioning was a lifesaver!
