This hotel was awesome and I highly recommend it to anybody staying in Bern! The room was very modern, warm and cozy, clean, and the breakfast went above and beyond our expectations. The staff were very friendly and accommodating when it came to sharing with us places to visit in Bern and storing our luggage while we visited the city. We will definitely stay at this hotel again on our next trip to Bern!!

Sorell Hotel Ador is located in the City West business district, just a 5-minute walk from Bern’s Old Town and a 3-minute walk from Bern Main Train Station. Svidjelo mi se to što je hotel u centru grada i sve imat u neposrednoj blizini. Osoblje je jako susretljivo i sobe iako su jako male uredne su.

Offering free underground parking and free spa facilities, the Hotel Ambassador was renovated by star architect Ali Tayar in 2013, and is situated in a quiet area, 7 minutes by public transport from... All of our stay exceeded expectations. From the friendly staff at check in to the lovely dinner served to us late at night (we arrived off the eurail late so got to the hotel right as dining was closing but they happily accommodated my kids and I at the restaurant). The third bed was made up for my son upon arrival and the room was spotless. The pool and gym were a bonus. Much appreciated this lovely stay!

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center of Bern, public transport is within walking distance. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They offered exceptional customer service with a special request. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again when in Bern the next time.
