The room is spacious. It is super clean. The hotel manager, Ameer is extremely friendly and helpful. Ameer accommodated all of our requests and offered extra help.

Located in the centre of Bern, Hotel Bären am Bundesplatz is only a 2-minute walk from the Federal Palace and a 5-minute walk from the main train station. The hotels were nice. Clean too and the reception staff were very understanding and respectful and the restaurant was also clean and nice and everything in it was clean and new too.

This is a five star hotel and it deserves this rating fully. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, the staff are knowledgeable, approachable and helpful. The spa area is large enough for a city hotel and has long working hours. The room is comfortable.

Hotell Goldener Schlüssel on Berni vanalinna vanim külalistemaja. See asub Zytglogge tornist vaid mõne meetri kaugusel ning pakub traditsioonilist restorani ja avaraid tube. Location was very convenient, in the city and near food options. Room was clean and quiet. The reception was friendly, and helped to give us the Bern city pass for free transport. Very good breakfast selection.

Just a 5-minute walk from Bern Main Station, Best Western Plus Hotel Bern is situated in the centre of the Swiss capital, between the French Church and the Zytglogge Tower. The hotel is very nicely refurbished and clean. We were feeling under the weather and asked for two singles instead of a double bed - which they were happy to provide us at late notice. They provide a code at check-in which enables you to use the public transport free of charge provided you have an app.
