They were excellent; offered me earlier Chech in at 10am at very short notice without any extra charges. They genuinely caring about the customes & their customer service was excellent; one of a few time this kind of real customer service I experienced in my many years of traveling

The location of the hotel is a prime location near the train station, tram stops and a lot of restaurants. The breakfast was good everything was made fresh.

Sijainti erinomainen juna-aseman ja vanhankaupungin vieressä. Upea, arvokas hotelli, erittäin avulias henkilökunta. Erinomainen aamupala. Saimme huoneluokan korotuksen ilmeisesti varaustilanteen takia, joten yövyimme perhehuoneessa, päämakuuhuone ja toinen huone 2 sängyllä. Erittäin siisti ja kaunis hotelli. Patjat, tyynyt, liinavaatteet hyvät. Rauhallinen vaikka keskeinen sijainti. Oli myös mukava saada ilmainen liikkuminen julkisilla liikennevälineillä lähimmillä vyöhykkeillä. Hotellista lyhyt kävelymatka keskeisiin kohteisiin.

This is an amazing place to stay in bern. Great location, great amenities. Stay here you won't regret it. The kitchen is equipped suffiently. We made fondue 2x and did not have a problem cooking that or breakfast every morning.

All our needs were met! The hosts did not forget or leave out anything! It felt truly like home. We loved the access to Netflix and kitchen equipment and the openness of the layout with calm colours all around. We extended our stay and are back to the same landlords in in a few months.
