The Location is great. Checkin-in process instruction is clear. The room is spacious. It is super clean. The hotel manager, Ameer is extremely friendly and helpful. Ameer accommodated all of our requests and offered extra help.

The hotels were nice. Clean too and the reception staff were very understanding and respectful and the restaurant was also clean and nice and everything in it was clean and new too.

This is a five star hotel and it deserves this rating fully. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, the staff are knowledgeable, approachable and helpful. The spa area is large enough for a city hotel and has long working hours. The room is comfortable.

Located in the centre of Bern, Hotel National is only a 5-minute walk from the Main Train Station. Guests can dine in the restaurant and make use of free Wi-Fi. The receptionist's were super helpful, it was in a great location, a 5 minute walk from the central train station, it was very clean and great value for money! Would definitely stay again!

This is an amazing place to stay in bern. Great location, great amenities. Stay here you won't regret it. The kitchen is equipped suffiently. We made fondue 2x and did not have a problem cooking that or breakfast every morning.
