Hotel Spitzhorn in Saanen is a modern chalet built in 2013, featuring wooden interiors, spacious rooms with balcony or terrace, free WiFi, a pool and a spa area. (1) The room was quite decent in size with another level with two more beds for kids. The balcony was quite big with an amazing view (2) Staff was very friendly and helpful (3) Breakfast was really nice - we loved it (4) The pool was quite nice. Though the water was a bit cold, but we enjoyed the pool everyday! (5) There were ample parking (6) It is very close to the Gstaad center, especially if you have a car

The staff and service were just incredibly good and loyal. They let us checkout later as we were on a balloon flight, and they brought us something to eat even though the breakfast was already finished.

Hiljuti ehitatud 2014. aastal paiknev Youth Hostel asub Saaneni äärealal vaikses ja veidi kõrgemal kohal. Hostelis on tervislik kohalik köök ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. The staff was very very patient and friendly and professional. The design of the building and the brekfsst/dinner room was very nice Loved l the board games available and a separate play room for kids Loved free coffee til 11 a.m.

Võluv hotell Landhaus asub Saaneni südames, vaid 2 km kaugusel Gstaadist. Hotell pakub teile ilusaid maalähedases stiilis tube ja maitsvaid Šveitsi hõrgutisi. I thoroughly enjoyed my 7 nights here.Wonderful ,cheerful and helpful front desk staff ,restaurant staff and room cleaning staff.Bed ,linens,towels,bathroom-all high quality. Breakfast had many healthy options,including freshly made breads , cereals ,fish,dried fruits ,nuts,soft-boiled eggs,cheeses,home-made fruit jams and daily-made fruit cocktail( it was NOT from a can!) .I also appreciated that they made me a soy cappuccino every morning. The hotel was 35% of the price of comparable hotels in Gstaad,a quick 4 -minute train ride away.The train ran hourly but the buses ran every 10/15 minutes-so never a problem . The train stop (Saanen) is a 1-minute walk from the hotel. Saanen is much more authentic a town than Gstaad,and more interesting. Next to the hotel is a small farmers market-type store selling fruits,vegetables,nuts,grains-everything,really. I slept with the windows open every night-it was that quiet. Lovely pace! Excellent base from which to sample the various ski runs nearby.

Cosy and very clean apartment right at the Saanen train station and within a couple of minutes walking to the center of the village. Very well equipped kitchen and tastefully decorated living room. The exchange with the lady who manages the chalet and hands out the keys was very pleasant.
