Staff at reception were so kind and welcoming. They were also answering my messages prior my arrival very fast, i was able to receive my Luzern visitor card for free transportation right on time. The room was spacious and very clean. I loved having the Coffee machine in the room. Hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop.

Friendly and helpful staff, wonderful food at restaurant and very delicious breakfast. Easy commute to city centre on bus, bus stop is very close by. Clean, well kept rooms and great views of mountains. Comfortable beds and blankets. Good air con if required.

We really enjoyed the breakfast! Although the location was a bit far from downtown, it was still a great choice for people traveling by car.

The villa is an exclusive area - just out the tourist-filled Lucerne but close enough to get to places and do everything you want to (20 mins on the 21 bus).
