The Ibis Luzern-Kriens offers a quiet yet central location at the foot of Mount Pilatus, next to the A2 motorway and only a few minutes away from Lucerne. Everything was perfect. I can't find anything to mention as a downside there. I would like to thank receptionist Svetlana: her tips were extremely helpful and the attitude was excellent. I'd also like to mention a very convenient option to keep the luggage (very safe quick and easy).

The Sonnenberg Hotel in Kriens offers panoramic views over Lake Lucerne, the mountains and the forest, a Nespresso machine in every room, seasonal cuisine and free WiFi. The view from the hotel is absolutely amazing. There’s a private balcony in our room to watch the night view and the sunrise. I highly recommend this place if you’re driving to visit Lucerne. The room and the shared Bathroom are clean. Nothing to complain about. The selection of the breakfast is less than usual, but it was enough for us.
