Every aspect of the stay was perfect, from the spacious and comfortable rooms to the stylish surroundings and excellent service. One special highlight that made this stay even more exceptional was the outstanding service provided by a lady named Berisha (I may be mistaken about the last name) at the reception, who was very helpful and friendly, making the check-in process incredibly smooth and pleasant. This hotel is an excellent choice for any visitor seeking comfort and top-notch service.

The hotel was across the road from the tram station and in close walking distance to the train station. The staff were very helpful and nice. The restaurant food was excellent. There was space for children to play outdoors.

I loved every bit of my experience from customer service, to cleanliness, to room layout, to the most delicious breakfast! One of the best breakfasts I've ever had at a budget hotel!
