Excellent quality for the price, surrounded by great eateries and nightlife, impeccably clean. The bed was particularly comfortable and the staff (though not on-site) was always very responsive. We particularly appreciated the stocked minibar. There are stairs up to the room, as advertised, but it wasn't an issue for us.

The staff was very helpful and friendly with any matter that concerned us. Very clean, very warm, in general it is exceptional. 5-10 min walk to the main train station, and in general good location with many cafes and restaurants to chose from! Really that grade (7.4) does not tell the story here!

We loved the location of this property. One stop away from the central Zurich train station and a block away from a tram stop. It was near restaurants and grocery stores as well.

The location was very convenient as near bus and tram stations, easy access to old town zurich and ZRH Hb. Big apartment for 4 and with kitchen, 2 rooms, balcony fronting a park! Staff responds quickly and made accommodations to our request to store luggage. Quite a pleasant stay foe our vacay! Thank you!
