One special highlight that made this stay even more exceptional was the outstanding service provided by a lady named Berisha (I may be mistaken about the last name) at the reception, who was very helpful and friendly, making the check-in process incredibly smooth and pleasant. The hotel was across the road from the tram station and in close walking distance to the train station. The staff were very helpful and nice. The restaurant food was excellent. There was space for children to play outdoors.

Breakfast was very good. Room/bed were comfortable. Location - bus, tram and train station close to Hotel. Staff were helpful and there is also the service to leave your luggage after check out.
