Every aspect of the stay was perfect, from the spacious and comfortable rooms to the stylish surroundings and excellent service. One special highlight that made this stay even more exceptional was the outstanding service provided by a lady named Berisha (I may be mistaken about the last name) at the reception, who was very helpful and friendly, making the check-in process incredibly smooth and pleasant. This hotel is an excellent choice for any visitor seeking comfort and top-notch service.

The staff were very friendly, understanding and supportive. Room service was excellent and fast The breakfast cheif was excellent social and professional. The hotel also provided me free luggage storing for 4 days.

The location was ideal for us since we needed to be at the Toni Areal building. It was a fantastic spot for our needs. Additionally, accessing various places was convenient due to the proximity of tram line 4. We appreciated the large TV with an excellent sound system. We wished we had more time to enjoy it! :)
