The staff were very present and helpful. A big thank you to the staff at the reception, the housekeepers, and the butlers. We had a lot of luggages and it would have taken two taxis to ferry us to the airport. The hotel manager offered us the hotel bus to take us to the airport. It’s quite a distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel due to its amenities, jovial stuff and deal for your money. I’ll be coming back.

The furniture and design are very beautiful, with many paintings, objects of art, etc. The location is perfect, very peaceful and at the same time very close to Plateau and other places of interest. Staff is very nice and was very flexible on check-out time. And I could even store some of my luggage for a few days there which was very helpful! Thank you again for the kindness and flexibility! A highlight is definitely the wonderful, peaceful garden with the beautiful pool! I highly recommend!

Staff were very helpful and we were able to communicate well enough with a mixture of my bad school boy French and their limited English. Although there were better English speaking staff usually available! Room was wonderful and very comfortable. Food and drink prices were pretty reasonable too!
