JJ's Retreat ligger i Rutaki-distriktet i Rarotonga, 8 minutters gang fra Vaimaanga Strand og 1 km fra Aroa Strand, og har udsigt til en have. Great size, and good layout, amazing host, felt welcome and comfortable 10/10

Frederick and Ngamata's Beach House ligger i Rarotonga, 12 minutters gang fra Kavera Strand og 1,1 km fra Vaimaanga Strand, og har en terrasse og havudsigt. Location was excellent, steps away from the stunningly beautiful Aroa Beach. This was a great value for a beachfront property, you can hear the waves while you sleep. The snorkeling was great and some other people who snorkeled claimed to have seen a couple sea turtles! Make sure to not miss out on star gazing at night, we were able to see the Milky Way galaxy with our bare eyes while on the beach! The Rarotongan Resort was 3 min away by car but we never had any issue with a lot of the guests coming over to this side of the beach. The interior was clean and had the basic necessities, along with a laundry machine (washer only). There was a small clothing rack with hangers for storage. The property host Jane was extremely accommodating when we asked to do a late check-out due to our 11:30pm flight. We were allowed to stay the entire time before we had to leave for the airport. There are some great places nearby such as the amazing brunch spot Beluga (4 min away) and 24-hour market Wigmore's (4 min away).
