This was one of the best hotels we stayed in Chile during our 2-week trip. The location could be a little strange in the night time outside, but absolutely safe inside. The room was great in terms of size, cleanliness and the amenities provided. The bathroom is very spacious. The design inside of the hotel and in the rooms is very special. the roof top restaurant was very good including the choice of food and drinks. The wine was great and the signature drinks were just amazing. The staff at the front desk and in the roof top restaurant were all great! The transport to the airport early in the morning was also with very fair prices compared to other 5* hotels in Santiago. All in all we definitely would choose it again for our next stay in Santiago.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, a bar, and a terrace, Hotel Ismael 312 offers rooms with free WiFi and cable TV in Santiago, 65 metres from Universidad Catolica Metro Station. Lovely hotel - excellent location, rooms well equipped, comfy beds, friendly helpful staff, great breakfasts. Balcony overlooking park and coffee machine. Close to metro and city attractions. Would definitely recommend (we stayed in a park view room).

Beautiful boutique hotel within short walking distance of the Lastarria shopping area. The staff were attentive and very helpful. The hotel common areas and room itself were beautiful: a gorgeous terrace area where guests can enjoy breakfast and drinks and impeccably clean and nicely furnished rooms.
