Offering a terrace and views of the mountain, Maison Italia 1029 is situated in Santiago. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, as well as an iPod docking station are featured. It was full of great design that worked. The terrace in front of my room made it private and the outlook from the room was all greenery. The staff gave great service and anticipated what my needs might be. Well designed rooms that were very clean. Liked the cafe too. It’s a very welcoming, silent and calm place to be. When you arrive from the street you can find peace and a warm environment. The staff was amazing, helped us anytime we needed assistance and they were always there to talk and have a laugh as well. The night coffee it’s definitely something to exalt about these hotel, we enjoyed every single night and we already miss it :)

They are so helpful, kind and wonderful people. Took care of me like a close family member. They gave me plates and utensils every time I I brought take out dinner, gave me a snack pack when I had early morning tours, and waited at the door until my guide came to pick me up (at 5 am) just to make sure I am safe and if I needed anything. All these They offered without asking. They clean the room every day. Location is unbeatable. All the tour companies pick you up from this hotel. Restaurants and shopping are so close by. It's very safe to walk around. Rooms are adequate. Don't expect anything fancy. But comfortable, you will have all the basics you need. As I female solo traveler, I found this hotel very safe, comfortable, and reasonable priced.
