The breakfast was especially distinctive with local Sichuan flavors. What's worth thanking is the service at the front desk, which was extremely humanized. The room service was also excellent. The room was neatly tidied up every day, with sufficient mineral water, towels, and slippers every day. The hotel's location was very good. The subway station was right beside it, only a 5-minute walk away. There were various local snacks on the basement floor of the shopping mall opposite, and there were various restaurants on the upper floors of the mall. Last year when I came to Chengdu, I stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel. Compared to this hotel, this one offers better cost performance. It truly deserves to be an international chain hotel. Next time I come to Chengdu, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Every corner, from the lobby to the guest rooms, was spotless. The housekeeping staff clearly takes great pride in their work, and it shows. There was not a speck of dust or a single misplaced item anywhere. The hotel staff, in general, was simply wonderful. They were always polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. Whether it was the front desk answering my numerous questions with patience or the waitstaff in the restaurant providing excellent service, everyone made me feel welcome and valued. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really made my stay special. The service at the hotel was amazing. Requests were attended to promptly, and there was always a smile on the faces of the staff. They seemed to anticipate my needs before I even had to ask. For example, when I inquired about local attractions, the concierge not only provided detailed information but also made some great suggestions that I hadn't considered. The environment of the hotel was great. It had a nice selection of restaurants and bars. The restaurants offered a diverse menu with delicious food. The bars were a great place to unwind after a long day, with a wide variety of drinks and a cozy atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient in terms of public transport. It was easy to get to various parts of the city, which was a huge plus for me as a traveler. In conclusion, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay. It offers a combination of cleanliness, excellent staff, amazing service, and a great environment with added conveniences like restaurants, bars, and easy access to public transport. It truly is a gem in the hospitality industry.
