We were celebrating my wife's birthday and he made sure and this was an unforgettable experience. From upgrading our room to one with an amazing panoramic view over the frozen river. To let us check in early after our early flight arrival and check out late. Also great were Amy and the Hunter who took great care of us. And basically everyone else was so nice. Besides this breakfast and dinner buffet had a huge variety and very high quality.

Overlooking beautiful Songhua River and Harbin City, Shangri-La Hotel Harbin offers various relaxing options, a well equipped fitness centre and elegant grand ballroom with simple European style. The staff were incredible, really friendly and accomodating. They helped us navigate the Chinese mobile apps like Ali Pay and WeChat, and just went out of their way to be as helpful as possible. The children's playroom was AMAZING, and all hotels everywhere should have one like this!
