Lighting, staff and ambiance. Benjamin is the epitome of the hotel. Fine attention to detail, amazing memory and the perfect gentleman. He is the personification of the hotel. Perfection and attention to detail. Love it.

Located in the heart of Shanghai, The St. Regis Reign on the Bund, Shanghai features spectacular views of the Bund, Huangpu River and Pudong skyline. The staff was very helpful and kindly and the employee (Alice) from the Bar was very kindly and helpful and i am grateful and happy for her help and making my stay at the hotel more comfortable.

In a prime location in Shanghai, Regent Shanghai on the Bund offers air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a terrace. Absolutely new hotel, great facilities, and outstanding interior design. The team is extremely helpful (thanks to Sally and Kim). We liked the swimming pool. The views are fantastic, the location is very convenient.

Ideaalse asukohaga Atour Hotel East Nanjing Road Near The Bund asub Shanghai kesklinnas. Kohapeal on konditsioneeriga toad, spordikeskus, tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja terrass. Everything was perfect: the room was very nice and big, it was equipped with water and tea and coffee for free.. we also washed our laundry for free. The position was perfect, 5 minutes walking from the Bund and 10 minutes from the subway.
