Their kindness and willingness to create this surprise at short notice showed a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. The room itself was impeccably clean, adding to the luxurious and comfortable ambiance. The view from our room was breathtaking, and the cake was delicious, adding the perfect touch to a remarkable day. Holiday Inn Shenzhen Donghua is located in the Nanshan District, a 30-minute drive from Bao’an Airport. It offers modern accommodation with an indoor pool, a spa and free Wi-Fi in the entire property.... Great location - parks, shops, and restaurants all close by. Metro access very useful. Pool and spa great, but closed for a few days over Chinese New Year as expected. Room service and cleaning all excellent.
