When I entered the room, I was delighted to see a beautifully decorated setup with balloons, a lovely birthday cake, and a thoughtful handmade card. Two wonderful staff members, Leo and Daria, took the time to personalize the experience, making it feel truly special and memorable. Their kindness and willingness to create this surprise at short notice showed a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. The room itself was impeccably clean, adding to the luxurious and comfortable ambiance. The view from our room was breathtaking, and the cake was delicious, adding the perfect touch to a remarkable day. I highly recommend Shenzhen Raffles Hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Raffles team, for making my birthday so memorable!

Devo dire che mi sono trovata davvero bene. il quartiere è comodo e molto sicuro oltre ade essere davvero pulito. ero al 26 piano e la camera molto spaziosa. la colazione internazionale, con cibi sia locali ma vi erano anche cibi europei.
