When I entered the room, I was delighted to see a beautifully decorated setup with balloons, a lovely birthday cake, and a thoughtful handmade card. Two wonderful staff members, Leo and Daria, took the time to personalize the experience, making it feel truly special and memorable. Their kindness and willingness to create this surprise at short notice showed a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. The room itself was impeccably clean, adding to the luxurious and comfortable ambiance. The view from our room was breathtaking, and the cake was delicious, adding the perfect touch to a remarkable day. I highly recommend Shenzhen Raffles Hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Raffles team, for making my birthday so memorable!

The location is nice, close to subway station. There are plenty of restaurants open at midnight if you want, though it’s still quiet enough.

Holiday Inn Shenzhen Donghua is located in the Nanshan District, a 30-minute drive from Bao’an Airport. It offers modern accommodation with an indoor pool, a spa and free Wi-Fi in the entire property.... Great location - parks, shops, and restaurants all close by. Metro access very useful. Pool and spa great, but closed for a few days over Chinese New Year as expected. Room service and cleaning all excellent.

Located in Nanshan District, Kempinski Hotel Shenzhen features an indoor heated swimming pool, shopping arcade and 3 dining options. Free internet and parking are provided. Gorgeous hotel. Located near a mall and lots of restaurants. Very close to subway exit.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and welcoming, with a modern feel. Its proximity to the mall was a major plus. The staff were very accommodating, especially when I requested a late checkout. They were understanding and made my stay even more enjoyable.

The fitness centre is the most equipped and modern I have ever visited. The rooms were clean, spacious and modern. The breakfast and the restaurants offered different type of food, everything fresh.
