On the day of my birthday, my wife informed the hotel about the occasion, and the staff immediately went above and beyond to make the day special, preparing a surprise celebration in our room—completely free of charge. When I entered the room, I was delighted to see a beautifully decorated setup with balloons, a lovely birthday cake, and a thoughtful handmade card. Two wonderful staff members, Leo and Daria, took the time to personalize the experience, making it feel truly special and memorable. Their kindness and willingness to create this surprise at short notice showed a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. The room itself was impeccably clean, adding to the luxurious and comfortable ambiance. The view from our room was breathtaking, and the cake was delicious, adding the perfect touch to a remarkable day. I highly recommend Shenzhen Raffles Hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Raffles team, for making my birthday so memorable!

The location is nice, close to subway station. There are plenty of restaurants open at midnight if you want, though it’s still quiet enough.

The cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful and very kind with the kids. The hotel is very close to many shopping malls and cafes and the area is surrounded everywhere with restaurants. Also, the metro station is very close like 3 minutes walk.

They were understanding and made my stay even more enjoyable.
