Staying in Hilton Xi’an was a very wise decision for my first trip to this historical and renowned city in the world. With the help of the extremely conscientious staff in Hilton, my maiden trip to Xi’an turned out to be very smooth and unforgettable. I want to give my endless thanks to Jones Zhao , manager of Concierge who helped me work out my trip plan including the reservation of tickets to the Terra-cotta and Shanxi Historical museum which would have been impossible to get with my own means, and picking up and seeing off at the airport over a long time before my trip patiently, considerately and successfully. Also my thanks would go to his colleague, Mr. Wang Xingwei who was helping me call Didi for all my trips to the attractions and back with utmost patience , courtesy and attention to all my needs. Last but not least, on my departure for an early flight today, Monday, Hilton staff prepared a decent breakfast bag for me as well as a takeout Americano coffee , very touching, let alone the hotel’s perfect location, very comfortable bed, a very clean and big room with spacious bathroom and modern facilities. I will definitely go back to Hilton in future! Thank you all!

THEY UP GRADED OUR ROOM SO IT WAS PERFECT, VERY NICE , THEY SEND US FRUIT AN A CAKE FOR OUR ANNIVERSARY, IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL SUIT , ALL THE HOTEL IS PERFECT, THE DECORATION , THE FACILITIES , THE POOL AN D THE JACUZZI , THE STAF VERY HELPFUL, THE HOTEL WAS AN OASIS IN A OVER POPULATED CITY

Heye Youth Hostel - Xian Bell Tower opened since 2019 with 88rooms. I really enjoy my stay at Heye Youth Hostel and I really recomend it. It is super well-located, really good quality/price ratio, clean, confortable and Sasha is really the best. She always find you a solution for everything ! I really recomend !

L'Aurum International Hotel si trova a Xi'an, nel quartiere di Xincheng, a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla Torre della Campana e del Tamburo e dalla via musulmana, e offre una piscina coperta e camere... Good location within the city wall with helpful friendly staff giving useful good advice on local attractions. Fabulous breakfast!

Located within the historic confines of the Ming Dynasty city walls, Sofitel Xian on Renmin Square is nestled in the bustling heart of the city center, offering close proximity to the iconic Bell... Pretty much everything! It was wonderful to return to a comfortable and quiet room after a long day fending off the hordes of tourists and people trying to sell us stuff (one of our group is very tall, and attracts a lot of attention from domestic tourists). We had a free room upgrade, the room was spotless, bath was wonderful after a chilly day at the Warriors, one of the staff loaned us their personal corkscrew, room was mostly quiet, gym was great.

Con un centro fitness per gli ospiti, una terrazza e un ristorante, Hilton Garden Inn Xi'An Bell Tower è posizionato nel centro di Xi'an a 2,3 km da Mura di Xi'An. Property was clean and up to standard for a Hilton hotel. Great location for lots of sight seeing point and metro stations. Food and restaurant are also around the corner in short distance, wonderful for garbing a nice snack or going to quality traditional/local Xi’an restaurants to have a taste of Chinese food. Moreover I would love to praise two members of staff in this Hilton Hotel, firstly it was Mr 張人宇he was very friendly regarding to his approach towards my request for room changing. Second of all it was Miss 平 Nicole she was very polite and proactive during the phone call for helping me out to locate my suspected left over clothing item in the hotel room during my time. Fortunately it was a mistake, there’s no such an item being left over after our stay.
