The best part was probably our experience with 吴琳 （Vinnie). After checking out, we waited at the waiting area and 吴琳 kindly approached us for assistance. She even offered to safekeep our luggage if we wanted to shop around and gave us some candies while we waited. Really appreciate the kind and extraordinary service rendered. Kudos to you, 吴琳!

A 15-minute drive to Gulangyu Ferry Pier, Kempinski Hotel Xiamen offers stylish air-conditioned rooms with lake views, free internet and free Wi-Fi. I like how the staff of the hotel was smiling all the time ,and all my wishes was possible to fulfill. I will definitely return to Kempinski Hotel Xiamen.
