They were very proactive in helping us plan our trip by making suggestions and helping us with the tickets. The staff was so helpful it was amazing!

First of all, the staffs and the owner are very accomodating, kind and super helpful. They prepare delicious food for us according to our choice and according to what is available in their pantry. We especially liked the freshly picked vegetables everyday, freshly sliced fruits, and the hot green tea and black tea that their company produce. This boutique hotel is newly opened just at the beginning of this year. It is modern and clean.The location is beautiful. It is already inside the National Forest Park that you can just walk from the hotel to the main entrance of the park, get on the tourist bus, and it will take you to the most beauitiful view that we saw in Zhangjiajie, the Tian Zi Mountain. We extended our stay here than transferring to another hotel. because we liked our room, comfy and warm. We liked our pillows, and mattress, not too.soft not too firm, just perfect. We had a restful sleep every night and we always wake up to a good view . Special thanks to Mr. Zi, the staff who helped us all the way through. Took us to the sunrise spot and captured a memorable video for us. We also commend the manager/ boss of this hotel, he is always kind and welcoming. All the people that we met in this hotel and even in the neighborhood are warm and helpful.Treating you like a family. We also commend our private tour guide Jack who was recommended to us by the hotel. He is very professional and kind. He helped us to find good restauranrs after every tour. We would like to comeback again soon.

張家界国家森林公園から13kmのBZIKA Wonderland Retreat--Zhangjiajie National Forest Park... We had an excellent experience! The rooms were comfortable, the environment was clean and well-sanitized, and the staff were very welcoming and considerate to us. Additionally, they offered a variety of entertaining activities, enriching our trip and making it even more enjoyable. It's the perfect place to escape the hustle and reconnect with nature's beauty. Definitely recommend it!
