The hotel was modern and Zen in decoration. The staff is friendly and so helpful. The room was lovely and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with Chinese food. We used the free washers and dryers and petted the resident golden retriever. Just 5 minutes away is a good restaurant, and the views in the area are gorgeous!

Zhangjiajie şehrinde, Tianzi Dağı noktasına 200 m mesafede bulunan Zhangjiajie YOLO Resort--Within Zhangjiajie National Forest Park tesisi, bahçe, anti-alerjik oda, ücretsiz WiFi ve teras imkanı... my stay at YOLO was absolutely incredible! I booked a tent but due to rain and thunderstorms I got upgraded to a double room completely free of charge! The staff are just the sweetest people ever and as a solo traveler they really made an effort to make me feel at home :-) It was also very easy to meet other travelers as the resort attracts international guests and everyone arrives and gathers under the big tent roof! Thank you to the lovely team at YOLO for making my stay so special :-) ps: they have baby animals!!

They provided a map of the national park and planned out an amazing two day route which allowed us to pretty much see all of it. Hotel is just a short walk from the east entrance of the park.

Good location, short drive to all attraction. New room with amazing mountain view. The staff was amazing as she helped us organize all of our tours and took care of all the bookings we needed, helped us get the best experience for Zhangjiajie trip.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Pandora Inn. The location is perfect, the rooms are beautiful and peaceful — but what truly sets this place apart is the staff. They went above and beyond in every way, fulfilling every wish we had (even the more unusual ones!) quickly, kindly, and with a smile. Late-night meals, personalized room setups, and even a sunrise video made just for us — it was next-level hospitality. We’ve stayed in many places across China, but this was by far the warmest and most thoughtful. Highly, highly recommended.

Would stay there again. The location of the hotel was perfect. The hotel is superb and the facilities were good and our room was spacious and very comfortable. the staff were unbelievably friendly and organized entrance tickets, booking train station transfers. Many local restaurants nearby hotel. Thank you for everything.

The perfect location to stay after exploring Zhangjiajie National Park.The view from my room balcony was absolutely beautiful. The hotel is beautifully designed, seamle ssly blending modern comfort. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, going above and beyond to make me feel at home . they provided great tips on exploring the Forest Park and Grand Canyon.

We had an excellent experience! The rooms were comfortable, the environment was clean and well-sanitized, and the staff were very welcoming and considerate to us. Additionally, they offered a variety of entertaining activities, enriching our trip and making it even more enjoyable. It's the perfect place to escape the hustle and reconnect with nature's beauty. Definitely recommend it!
