Throughout our stay, the hotel team went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed, always with a smile and a helpful attitude. Their hospitality made our trip to China even more special, and I can’t express enough gratitude for the outstanding service we received. If you’re looking for a place where you won’t just stay but truly feel welcomed and cared for, this is the perfect hotel. I would definitely return without hesitation!

The staff were very efficient and helpful, the room and bathroom were clean and the beds very comfortable. The location was good and taxis were easily available outside the hotel. There were restaurants and a coffee shop close by.

Location is excellent, near the tianmen mountain cable station, central bus station and a lot of restaurants with good food. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. The owner was really kind and always willing to help with whatever I needed.

I communicated with an English speaking consultant (Rainee) who was extremely helpful. She booked all the park and the show tickets for me. She even organised for something I left in the room to be mailed to my home. She was very patient and attentive. Thank you Rainee for all your help.

It is really close from the cable cars that can take you to Tiamens mountain, and if you decide to take the bus it is also next door. Perfect location, staff did the best to help us and that is also really apreciated.

Zhangjiajie Borui Hotel - Tianmen Mountain 张家界天门山泊睿庭院酒店 se nachází v destinaci Čang-ťia-ťie a má fitness centrum, zahradu, sdílený lounge a terasu. The owner and daughter, Lisa were excellent host. They were so welcoming, helpful, friendly, kind, honest and professional. Lisa could speak English quite well. She is a very smart young lady. The location of the hotel was so convenient to all access. We enjoyed staying at Borui Hotel and will definitely recommend to friends, relatives and if we were to stay in Zhangjiajie again, we WILL stay at Borui Hotel. Again....we loved staying at Borui Hotel. ❤️❤️❤️

Atour Hotel Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain Cableway se nachází v dobré lokalitě ve čtvrti Yongding District v destinaci Čang-ťia-ťie. It’s one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in: everything is of the highest standards possible. The design of the room and furniture deserves an international award. The breakfast is amazing. The reception staff are very attentive and helpful. The location is perfect too. We will come again on 24. February
